This is amazing, but at the same time so mean!
Think about how much the dog just wants to move and snatch up all those treats? He must be trying so hard just not to start salivating at the scent of those sweet snacks.
But then again, he must really trust in his master and know that he won’t just torture him by showing him all these treats and not reward his patience and discipline. My initial reaction was to sympathize with the dog, but as I’m writing this, I’m relating this to the way we need to put our trust in God. Sometimes when it seems like everything is going right (we see the treats stacking up in our face), we get impatient and just knock it all down to satisfy our immediate desires and end up with nothing to show, when we should be patient, and have faith that God is going to reward us in the end. Looking back, wouldn’t you rather have evidence of all the blessings that God has poured out onto your life (the picture) when you finally get to heaven? Won’t that made you as well as God feel good? You will feel good that you get to see all the good you’ve had in your life, and God will love the fact that you had trust and faith in Him even though you didn’t know if you were going to get a treat, you stayed persistent through the tough times?
